超滤是一种加压膜分离技术，即在一定的压力下，使小分子溶质和溶剂穿过一定孔径的特制的薄膜，而使大分子溶质不能透过，留在膜的一边，从而使大分子物质得到了部分的纯化。超滤是以压力为推动力的膜分离技术之一。以大分子与小分子分离为目的，膜孔径在20－1000A°之间。中空纤维超滤器（膜）具有单位容器内充填密度高，占地面积小等优点。
Ultrafiltration is a pressurized membrane separation technology,under a certain pressure, make small molecule solute and solvent through a certain aperture of special thin film, and make the macromolecular solute can't through it, stay in the other side of the film, which the macromolecularmaterial get part of the purification. Ultrafiltration is one of membrane separation technology with pressure as driving force .For the purpose of macromolecular and small molecular separation, membrane pore size between 20-1000 A°. Hollow fiber ultrafiltration filter (membrane), with the high filling density of unit container , small occupation area, etc.

在超滤过程中，水溶液在压力推动下，流经膜表面，小于膜孔的溶剂（水）及小分子溶质透水膜，成为净化液（滤清液），比膜孔大的溶质及溶质集体被拦截，随水流排出，成为浓缩液。超滤过程为动态过滤，分离是在流动状态下完成的。溶质仅在膜表面有限沉积，超滤速率衰减到一定程度而趋于平衡，且通过清洗可以恢复。
In ultrafiltration process, aqueous solution flow through the membrane surface which driven by the pressure.Smaller than the solvent (water) of film aperture and small molecule solute penetrates the membrane to become purged liquor (filter clogging liquid), larger than the film aperture of solute and solute group is intercepted, with flow discharge, become concentrated liquor. Ultrafiltration process is dynamic filtration, separation is done under the flow state. The solute on the membrane surface is only limited deposition.Ultrafiltration rate trend to balance when damping to a certain extent, and through cleaning can be restored.
